Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).
Our standard processing time is 2–4 business days for all items in stock.
During promotional periods or high-volume times, processing may take slightly longer.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Standard delivery times typically range between 2–10 business days worldwide.
Please note that during peak periods or special campaigns, shipping may take longer.
All shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed.
Tracking and Confirmation
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number.
Tracking links may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.
This allows you to follow your delivery progress and estimate the arrival date.
Delivered Shipments
Once an order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, it is considered successfully delivered.
We are not liable for any theft or loss that occurs after the carrier has confirmed delivery.
We strongly recommend selecting a secure delivery location or ensuring that a door camera or delivery box is in place, especially for door deliveries.
Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will assist you in resolving the issue, either by sending a replacement item or offering a refund depending on the case.
Please note: If the tracking shows the package was delivered, we cannot refund or replace items that are potentially stolen after confirmed delivery.

Chat inquiries are prioritized and typically receive a response within 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
International Orders & VAT
For customers outside the EU, UK, Australia, USA, and Canada, your order may be subject to import duties or local taxes (VAT) upon arrival in your country.
These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not included in your purchase price.
As the buyer, you are fully responsible for any applicable customs charges.
We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing your order to understand any additional costs that may apply.
